Cross Realm Spies In Midgard!

On behalf of the Guildmasters of Nemesis I would like to formally and openly apologise to the realm of Hibernia. This last weekend we discovered a member of our guild, was commiting acts in breach of the Code of Conduct, and using access to a friends Hibernian Account to read guild motd's to discover information of possible relic raids. This person was subsequently removed from Nemesis, and after long contemplation between the guildmasters of Nemesis as now been reported complete with chat logs, to the proper authorities. It has taken us this long to make a descision as the gentlemen in question was a good friend and long standing member of the realm. However, given such acts we feel we have no choice.

All the Nemesis GM's feel ashamed to be called Midgardians having discovered such actions taking place not only in Midgard but our very guild.

The incodent in question was inr eference to the hibernia Relic Raid on Castle Excalibur. Had the raid been against Midgard instead it would have made the gravity of the situation even worse.

Nemesis in light of these events is undergoing an internal audit of its members.

Again we apologise for the actions of this once member of Nemesis, and hope the new guild they have formed does not continue in their footsteps.

Hey Durgi... bold statement and actions which I truly applaud, but I must drag you up with regard your comment here. Cross realm spying is against the CoC and a pain in the ass for all involved. Whether information is being passed relating to attacks on your own realm or on those of your enemies they should all be treated equally..... zero tolerance.

I would impore all GMs to take such a solid stance as this for the good of the game as a whole. Again, well done for taking the actions you have.

Something to think about for the GMs of the guild who have had (atleast) two spies in the Templars.
Doubt they have such sense of honour and fair play though...

Ahwell, with this as example one can only hope more GMs/Officers have the guts to give people the boot for these kind of things.

Nice one, which hib raid on excal was it tho, the one were multiple mids spotted a huge hib zerg in alb frontier or the one when a few mids spotted a huge hib zerg in alb frontier. ...or mebbe the one..u get the idea..afaik every hib raid ive known about recently ive seen the hibs inc there myself, or someone has told me that wasnt in Nemesis

All the bugs and lag and holes and 1 shotting, i can get over. but those who like to spoil a well planned raid in any form, whether it be IRC, ICQ, just telling their /as, it makes me sad that these people have nothing better to do. I mean what do you folk get from it? Are yo paid cash for annoying others?

Zero tolerance for people like that. Relic Raiding is almost reduced to a farse as it is, well... for us Albs at least so people spying would reduce to a point of impossibility.
