Basically nearer 4 for melee resists, and nearer 3 for magical resists topped with resist buffs.

It is worth having, free, and more util than zahurs ring.

5% 2nd tier resist, so with capped item resists and +16% castable the Croc reduction would be around (1-0.42)-(1-0.42)*(1-0.05) = 2.9%

With champ resists => 3.2%
Only 26% item => 3.7%
