Creating user via .Bat

hello there

i was wondering if anyone (or if its possible) have a bat file that creates a number users in an Active directory and adds diffrent promissions like rights and email accounts (if exchange is installed) or could redirect me to a source that knew how to

You best bet is to use the Windows Scripting Host. WSH has actually become a very useful tool nowadays.

Take a look at http://www.microsoft.com/scripting/ then click on the Windows Script Host link. It is certainly possible to add users into AD and mess around with permissions as everything is done through SQL statements.
