creating a english ltd.

I was wondering what it takes to create an english ltd company. In terms of cost etc. can anybody enlighten me?!

Its about 20 quid iirc, you have to fill in a form in paper or online, submit some info to companies house and then pay them I think 15 or 20 quid. Can get one set up in a few hours.
