crashing on zone change / porting

ive come across this before, for windows 7, it crashes whenever you change zone

anyone know the fix ?

Ive mentioned this before and the answers i got were:

Ea/mythic servers doing sone sort of update between certain times (10-11.00 a.m uk time) everyday. We all have the same problem when zoning. When i play i adapt to it by... Not zoning or not play between those times. Following just those 2 rules i have not had a problem since
