Can't get enough of FH

Lo all.
Some reason I've just started having this problem today. DAoC (toa client) just crashes back to the desktop, no errors, and my toon instantly pops from the game (can see it on my buffbot pc). Running fine, and ka-zam I'm gone. Not even the normal delay you get whilst you go link dead, it's like I log out instantly. It can happen in a minute of being in, or a few hours. Still no errors
Radeon 9600
Athlon 2600
512 2700 DDR
DirectX 9.0c and the latest CAT drivers.
And to make sure it wasn't something obvious I removed all the gfx drivers and reinstalled them and DX. Run Adaware and Spybot, removed the usual junk.
I've yet to reinstall DAOC.
