Crash after EA screen after todays patch

Anyone else got the same problem? I'm running on Vista.

Ehh...what EA screen? I only see 3 during startup of the game. Mythic, Gamehouse and GOA.

Copied from another thread I made. Aye I'll do a full file check. Sanzor, did you try opening your eyes? It's the one with the big shield and 2 axes just after you click Play on the patcher.

Hey guys,

I'm having a problem running WAR today. It's all been pretty good recently, but after todays patch I crash once the EA video has done its thing, a dialogue box comes up saying Warhammer has stopped working. Windows cannot find a solution, Close Program the only option.

Any ideas?

This is what I've found in the Event Viewer: Application Error, Event ID 1000, Task Category (100)

Ive had a lot of problems since patch with the scenario load screen taking a very longtime, a couple of times freezing. Also log out taking 5mins instead of 20secs.

Seems to be sorted now, ran a full file check and had 4mb of patch missing. Cheers Pikeh! I did have a go at it before, but got bored as it took frikin ages!!!

Was just a generic answer for anyone having weird drop-outs, so just lucky I guess

Duh, sorry about that. I never really noticed it was an EA mark >_<
