For me I always try to find perspective. It can be very hard when everything in your life seems to be going to shit, but if you really think about it, it helps.
No matter how tough it seems there are people out there that have it much much tougher than you. You are young and you have the health and the intelligence to fight your way out of these problems.A lot of people have none of these advantages and far worse problems. You have some debt? Somewhere near you there is probably a single mother up to her ears in debt with 2 kids to take care of.
This isn't supposed to be some tough love speech....just think about how things could be worse. Because they always can and could be, so take some solace that they aren't.
