Anyone mind telling me the slowest 16.5 1h sword?

I figured it would be an arcanium bastard sword, but, erm, that's 16.2 :\

Think the only one is the Dwarven shortsword. But not sure.

seems to be slowest 1h

Arcanium Great Sword 16.2 5.4
Arcanium Dwarven Great Sword 16.5 5

for 2 handers

the 16.5 version of sword is fast yes, 3.0speed on 1h and 5.0speed on 2h, however TG swords seem to be slower both 1h and 2h
