Imagine i have a 99% chain sleeve
Would it cost more to get a 4point oc on it then to just get an mp and not have any oc at all?

it's always cheaper to get lower quality on your items rather than not overcharging it

sc'ers usually charge 20 ish gold per overcharged point. So a 4 point overcharge is less than 100g, while you could easily use an extra plat or two getting mp sleeves

never go without oc imo, or at least try not to, its worth it, just keep it at 50% Chance of success. (and try hit the highest uv too ... on 99% = 61... or so... +4 skill, +4 skill, +5% resi +7% resi or something)
