crafting on pvp

Was wondering if there is anyone powerleveling their tradeskills atm. I can imagine the exping frenzy, but is anyone going the tradeskill route. I have a weaponcrafter on hib/pryd, so there is no way I would start another crafter, but apparently on the american pvp servers you could make quite a bit crafting. Maybe that was only at the start though. (at work so I cant /b in tnn to see if there are any crafters :) )

I've seen several people crafting, people called Weapons and Armor for example...

It's also a good way to make money btw, consigments till 650 should give you quite a bit of cash...

Consignments until you are 650 in weapons gave me 200-300g on prydwen ... but I think they made it better now also, I spent some of my money on powerleveling. Having played yesterday, I can tell you money is hard to come by and starting with 100g would get you to level much faster (we had tanks with grey armour as zerg leveling doesnt get any drops usually). BUT I believe that generally you will make money faster just cash farming. Thing is that consignments can be dont completely safely but cash farming cant. The question is if getting to a skill level where you can make money back is worth it. Maybe level to 9 then powerskill all your money away and then do consignments and spend the profit powerskilling. This will get you to the high earning part of the consignments faster. A quartz dirk is skill 215 (I think not in game now). This costs 50s to make so would probably give 5s per consigment and they take ages each. You need to get to the part where you are making 50s per consignment or more really for it to be worth it. It all comes down to safety verses slightly faster cash farming (and you get exp too). Dunno just leveling would make you able to get money faster
