Cost to make LW

I need a craftable Legendary Pierce Matter weapon for my vamp (on limors). I have no idea how much they should cost and there was only 1 which was 100% going for 50 plat.

How much should I expect to pay for a 99 / 100% one?

Id pay between 5-8p for a 99% , especially now that the dust of creations drop from elementals at a decent rate.

I picked up 4 99% swords on mid/limors for 6p each a few weeks ago.
