Mail mythic, tell them your situation, and ask if you bought a US account if they would manually create a bog standard (no items etc no cash) level 50 char for you on the account..most likely they'll tell you to fuck off, but imo that's your best shot. It's in their interest since they'd be gaining your subscription fees, but it's a matter of whether or not they can be arsed, or give a fuck enough to do it.
