Sorry for a mini site-pimping!

I discovered this site two days ago, basically it allows you to upload a photo to make into a postcard, and then you can write onto the back what you want to say, and then they're posted to the address of your choice.
eg, if you're on holiday, upload a photo of you and your friends having fun, before writing a postcard to parents etc and having it sent home.

www.onepennypost.com

I think its a genius idea tbh :D You get a free postcard when you sign up! I've already sent quite a few to friends/family :D Can't wait till I next go on holiday now to send them to people!

Don't worry, this is not his opinion. He is not our lawyer. This is not legal advice. Please do not sue him.

Sadly enough I think the site for people that lost their things was better. This is terrible. Just as bad as BlOndE_GiRL_16 telling us to visit her new gaming portal.

Wish I'd thought of that. Zero stock, Probably £2k for the site design, £25 a month for hosting, gimme the money!

Wut??? So... go out... take pics... find a computer... wait to upload pics... add a message... pay for it to be sent on bit of card...

If I had to go to the computer to upload stuff, it'd get e-mailed or stuck on a gallery.

If you could send a postcard right off your camera in a "hey, I'm here right now" way, that'd be cool... this is just a novelty.

I ordered a few cards for friends and they actually look awesome, very professionally printed, came 1st class. Its a cool way of sending something a bit more substantial than holiday photos in an email imo.

Dunno, kind of takes the 'romance' (such as it is) out of posting a postcard. The stamp will be from the destination country not the host, and your illegible scrawl and smears of suntan lotion won't be replicated. To me the only reason for sending a postcard is that sense that its come from somewhere far away. Having said all that, I can't remember the last time I actually sent a postcard.
