You can play from easy (very easy) to extremely difficult (challenge - speed, I would say is the hardest)

You can play

Easy (1 lane)
Normal (2 lanes)
Hard (2lanes + 50% creep hp)
Challenge (speed)
Challenge (100 rounds)
Challenge (disable AE ground)
Challenge (disable speed)
Challenge (only speed and frost towers)
and some fun modes

Tower list:
Pellet Tower = Arrow tower
Squirt = Speed Tower
Dart Tower = AE ground = Cannon Tower
Swarm Tower = Anti-air Tower
Frost Tower = Well, AE-slowing tower
Bash Tower = AE-ground stun tower
