I am the "hungry but lazy" type of guy. I can cook nice stuff but usaly I a) don't bother or b) don't have what I need for it. So usaly I just cook stuff thats fast to make, still yummy and reasonable healthy. However it has gotten a bit dull and I am looking for new ideas.

Here's your task: List what you got in your fridge right now and state what you could cook from it in under 15 minutes.

I'll start: 4 eggs, some ham, a half litre of milk, lettuce, ketchup, some cheese, a salami, butter, lots of tinned fish

* cut ~100g salami in to small pieces and briefly fry them in hot butter
* add a bit of milk and the 4 eggs
* stir till its getting solid
* add salt and pepper
* put it on a slice of bred together with some lettuce

PS: Ofc you don't have to use all the stuff in your fridge.

omg newb omlette maker.

thats not the way to make an omlette!

if the underside is cooked, then you transfer the pan under a grill to cook the top side!

Not all of it is in the fridge, but never mind!

Get bagel from breadbin - cut in half and lightly toast.
Get some tomato puree - spread it on the bagel like margarine.
Get mixture of cheese from fridge (cheshire, cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan) grate and put on bagel.
Get pepperoni/salami and cut 4 slices - place lovingly on bagel.
Get 2 mushrooms - cut into slices and also put on bagel.

Put bagel under the grill.

2 mins later eat bagel pizza \o/

I was going to write a "how to cook fajitas in 15 minutes" guide, but I got too hungry reading what I was writing, so went and bought some food.

Mmm.

right here i what i just made in approx 10 minutes minus clearing up

you need -

virgin oil of some sort
2 pieces of bacon
3 eggs
2 slices of ham
a nice ammount of cheese2
2 pans
2 knives
a pair of tongs
a pyrex jug (any other type of jug may suffice, but dont blame me if satisfactory results not obtained)
a preheated grill on highest setting
pre heated frying pan

beat 3 eggs up in a pyrex jug

pour into pre heated pan

let it cook a bit

in the meantime heat other pan

add the bacon

while both these cook you should prepare the ham and cheese

when you reckon the bottom of the omlette is cooked, sprinkle on evenely your ham and cheese
leave it a min or so

put under pre heated grill for a couple of mins

put omlette on plate and bacon on top, add sauce if you want

and just incase you didnt know the next step -

consume it (but not the plate, or the cuttlery)

biologically raised.... In other words they had a bit more space in their short life where they could walk around a bit instead of just sit in a 15cm by 20cm cage get fed and crap over their downstairs neighbour or get shitted on...

I cant stand watching live animal transports etc so if i have to pay a bit more money for the animal i eat too have a bit of a better life i will sure as hell do so. The only reason i am not a vegitairian is cuz i love meat too much

Answering what i could cook from the contents of my fridge is like asking Paris Hilton to tell of her sex partners.

It just takes too long and noone really wants to know without a video.

But there are eggs, butter, pepperham, chickenhamstuff, jams, greens, sodas, juices, ketchup, sausages etc etc...

EDIT: Ah yes, noodles, taters, macaronies, rice...

so if it takes too long why did you list a lot of them?

cook some noodles, then transfer to wok frying with green peppers, soy sauce, few splashes of fish sauce, beansprouts, onion, some chicken stock, bit of garlic, and then add chicken which is cooked seperately:p
and voila, you got yourself a mean stir fry

tip; make quiet a bit of chicken at begining of week and it will last a few days. I've never done it, but alot of people i know do, due to time constraints and eating alot.
