Just kinda happened, but i think i realized some of the things that made it possible;

Don't give her false expectations, you can kiss, cuddle and fuck. But you wont commit. Many women want what they can have.
She has to really really like you... mostly physical.
Don't be a lousy lay.
If they do happen to get a boyfriend. Be really happy for her, while it's going on. Show jealousy and she is gone, even when she breaks up with the bf.

But in the end it all comes down to; personality. Is it in her to have a casual sex buddy.. is it in you?
