So I've heard this myth a few times in various jobs whether or not it is a myth I'm trying to find out, I was just wondering what exactly a contractor can do to force the company to offer permanant employment. Does anyone know about this type of thing? I'm going to have to do some research, don't really have much of an idea as to where to start. But I'll give it a go anyway.
I'm not with a union, nor is there one to join so it's all solo work to do this. I've been on this job for more then a year and had no breaks in the employment status, I'm working with an agency who hire staff for a company from which the agency get paid then the agency pays wages to me, the employee.
If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated!
Cheers,
Nate
