TDC, when and if your @ work, do your colleagues ever say something along the lines of:

''m8, you are ALWAYS on those bloody barrysworld forums pages!!! Cant you just give it a rest!!''

Yes, my colleague's have [on occasion] asked me what I was doing. I always replied with a small demonstration of how the forums worked and suchlike. They usually were quite curious as to the technical nature of forum functioning, almost never as to the content. In the three years I worked for that dept. there never was a remark on how much time I was spending on the internet. I was always there when needed, pulled my fair share of projects and stuff so there were no probs
However there will prolly be a sudden drop in my 'spamming' as I am moving to a new dept. where I will be having so much fun that I will hardly have time to get on the internet at all And yes I view that as a positive development indeed.

naa I got really bored having to come to work and not do much. Surfing the net all day gets really boring after a few weeks.
Admittedly I could have used that time more constructively but hay I was too bored to do anything.

heheh Now that I have to start looking for a job I look back at getting paid and playing games and surfing thenet with fondness.

It was always my intention to do just a year with this company then go on to uni.

It's been tempting as hell to say "fuck it all" to uni and stay on here, but I need the uni life experience. It looks fun.
