Considerations for Cleric SC Config [Help needed]

Hoping to have a level 50 cleric reasonably soon and am wondering what I need in the sc'd suit. Doesn't seem that hard to cap the vitals but wondering what optional extras to put in.

My spec is going to be 40rejuv/36enhance.

Obviously want dex/pie/con/hits/power/resists

What I want to know from the clerics out there is which of following are important: -
Rejuv - As far as I can tell doesn't effect spec heals and needs to be level of final spell (+1?) for no variance on baseline heals. Therefore not really that important.
Enhance - Read a few things about clerics putting +enhance into some items before buffing and then swapping for other items when done. How much enhance is needed to get full effect of buffs (bearing in mind my spec will be 36enhance)?
Quickness - Does quickness effect the duration of spell interuption?
Strength - Effects melee dmg and lifting ability (hoping I won't have to melee tbh)
Smite - Presumably reduced variance on my pitiful smite, less resists also?

Mostly interested in the quick and +enhance as I've read/heard some things about them making a difference but don't know exactly what.

Any input appreciated.

+Rejuv - Correct
+Enhance only affects baseline buffs afaik
+Quickness i really dont think so, but then i dont actually know.

Rejuv - Useful only up until 48 total rejuv spec, including +'s
Enhance - Useful up until 50 including +'s
Str - Useful for increasing ws, altho it doesn't help too much vs pure tanks
Qui - Does sfa, people have said to me that having qui reduces interupt timers, thats bs, I've done sc sets with no qui and capped qui and still got the same 3s interupt :l
Smite - Reduces variance on base smite, does nothing for spec smite, and doesn't help resists at all

That's all true :p but

Capping str would reduce the time needed to kill annoying pets on you :x

Not really, they get 1 shotted if lvl 7, and I cbf to kill them if they're 12 and buffed or green con :l with or without capping str ;o

can you really oneshot lvl 7 pets? never knew since i dont get pets on me :x

Yea, they've only got around 100 life I think, and their abs is capped welly low cos they're lvl 7 ;o

Ultra cheap rejuv cleric template

Here you go! This one has 8 rejuv and 4 enhance (you can get a 99% staff and put +7 enh on it, and use that for buffing if you care about capping that out)

Thanks for reply and the config. Had already bought chain but can see me using some epic parts now, and giving chain to a mate. Will see how it pans out.

Which patch does the new infernal black diamond ring come out?

Its in the current patch (I added it to my spellcrafting config thing before 1.63.) Have fun clericing!
