Hi,
I'm having some problems that are driving me mad.
I have an Intranet which has a phone list this phone list was stored in an Access Database which was then accessed by the ASP pages I had made.
Now I want to 'upsize' the database to our SQL7 server and access it from there. I ran the upsizing wizard in Access 2002 and it worked fine, its got a ADP file so that I can view the data.
I deleted the old DSN on the IntranetServer and recreated one with 'SQL Server' gave it the right server where the SQL server is held, told it the right database to look at and kept the same name as the old DSN clicked finish.
... It doesn't work. IT gives the error:
Ive tried recreating the Connection settings in Dreamweaver but it comes back with the same error.
I even tried going back to the Access database but it comes up with the same problem aswell!
I've got a feeling it is a permissions problem.
Servers: Both Win2k one with IIS5 the other with SQL7
Any help greatly appreciated!
