Help Congratulatory letters

Anyone know of a site that has congratulation letters for a 1 years service?

I have a couple of agents that have lasted a full year who are doing really well in our company and wish to congratulate them on their success and the fact that they have lasted a year in this current market.

Now before you all laugh and say 1 year is not long, it is if you are working in the Middle East and in the Real Estate Business as it is dire in terms of income.

Anyway if anyone can help i would be greatful.

Not saying Tierk's company is the same but, if they are anything like the 99% of the Real Estate Agents in Dubai they don't deserve much anyway! Agents usually scam between 5-10% of a years rental and you'd be hard pushed to get them to spend an hour showing you around. For buying property its around 5% comission. Basically, when things were good here, people chasing property they were arrogant, rude and did fuck all for their commission. Would not even call you back half the time. Now thankfully the market has reversed and the worst of the parasites are going out of business.

They usually earn a very low basic but ramp that up quickly with commission. There is no oversight on what these agents do and how they operate. No code of pratice etc. Basically anyone can be an agent with sod all training and no expertise whatsoever.

They wonder why the market pratically collapsed! Prices down 46% (first Qtr 2009) and still falling. They got greedy and are now paying the price.

They have recieved a pay rise and a promotion already - well will be as of Sunday.
