Just for embarassment's sake.... i've changed my alias in hope that people wont gather more infomation on me... :D, all you need to know is im 15

I need some advise on being confident.... :rolleyes: , for example:

The other day I met this girl and went back to her's to chill, but unfortunately I rarely spoke, simply because i didnt have anything to talk about.... :(

Consequently she doesnt like me as much as she wouldve

Anyhelp on these situations? I just feel I cant talk to people I dont know too well.... :mad:

I'm the one who would know least...

What I do is wait for the other person to bring up a topic, then go from there.

eg today someone said to me that they were tired and that they had a driving lesson to go to, and I know a lot about driving lessons :mad:

Then again, all my social skills are used at work cos I don't go anywhere else :(

BTW: Why is it so quite round here, I barely spend 10mins of my lunch half-hour reading this, normally its about 40 of those 30mins ;)

'I think this. What do you think?' in simplistic terms) then she'll end up talking about things that interest her and so on. BOOM! You got yerself a conversation, buddy!

hmm, seems to be what ive been lookin for, i shall put it into practise, i think if i feel good about myself (which i dont), it will also help, time for a new hair style! :)

Easiest way to go is to cultivate a laissez-faire attitude, if you aren't actually so desperate with girls, they will like you much more.
