just read Dan Vertons : Confessions of a Teenage Hacker, and was well impressed.
Each chapter is about a different hacker under 15. Im amazed at some of the skill each of these kids have. When i was 12 i was bearly able to use IE, let alone hack into ebay, yahoo :p Anyone know of anyother good real life storybooks about hackers?

Not really about hackers as such, but 'The Code Book' by Simon Singh is an absolute corker.

It describes codes and ciphers from ancient times right up to the modern day. How they were invented (and how they were broken).

Top read.

Emperor's Codes by Michael Smith is a good read as well, all about the American and British efforts to break the japanese codes.
