Concerns about Bug reporting on EU

So, after i was told to not make a bug list here i was wondering.
Yes, i know we can /b ingame. The question is still, how can GOA process bug reports if MYthic is the work machine?
Seeing the recent...datacenter problems...i dont see them relaying any bugs reported to Mythic.
Maybe Ian or Magnus can give an answer to this? How is reporting/feedback handled?

Oh, and the problems with the archmage's channeled spell graphics 'sticking' and firing forever on corpses are getting really REALLY old already.

As far as I remember from closed beta the QA department for GOA collate all the feedback from our servers and bundle it off to Mythic. Hmm posted this a few mins ago in another thread but we had a much bigger beta pool than the US so I imagine EU feedback was quite important to the Mythic devs.

I've reported bugs and have had acknowledgement via email from GOA with a Bug#.

I just put as much information into the system as possible and I hope they find it enought to be able to action it.
