Con problem

Any ideas on this guys?
I can log on any server and play any char I have atm,apart from my chars on shadow moon, after logging on I get disconnected from server, after about 30 seconds.
My set up is AMD 64 3.200, 1gb of 3200 ddr ram,radeon x800 pro gfx card (not sure if stating my pc specs will help,but there are some pretty clued up guys who read these forums).
Any input,ideas, or possible solutions will be gratefully appreciated.

P.S. I have trawled many forums, but get kinda bored,with the normal response...wtf is a warrior doing with this con problem it`s a hunter problem for sure,if you were on my server and blah blah blah.

Don`t think it`s the server bud,I can play my chars on a laptop there,crap fps etc but never get disconnected.
I`ve noticed that I only have problems in orgri,but when it`s quiet I have np`s whatsoever (sounds like a lag related problem,but... I log on using my m8`s machine similar spec to mine and have np`s?).
I`m running a new npc i`ve just bought,and being a not very techy person at all,it`s probably something very simple that`s causing the problem.
Also, when playing on another server I kinda freeze with my actions sometimes, cannot cast etc, but if I windows key out, and return, everything is fine?.

Try disabling addons and cleaning your wtf files. Usually that fixes most stuff with accounts.
