computer's being an arse

i have a file

a file i can't delete, move, open or modify in any way

trying to do any of the above wacks explorers CPU usage up to 100% and slowly raises my memory usage untill i get a BSOD

i am not happy

please help

got it sorted, safe mode didn't do it, but the command line did
