Im still a way off the BG levels but where are they - Ive never seen mention of them in the game at all, how do you get there?

Probably a really dim question but if anyone can be arsed answering id really appreciate it.

Buy a necklace and gate in from your telekeep. I realise this won't help much, but as you learn more of the game it will
