Complete Box Set Problem!

If anyone can help me with this i'd be very greatful!

I have purchased the complete box set! All installed, About to activate TOA and Cata, I use the CD key on the back of the manual (It only has one key displayed) So i use that one to activate both on and old account (Not created a new account as i want it spare) So was hopeing to just activate TOA and Cata on the old account. It only says Catacombs has been activate, And when i run the cata.exe and login, It says Catas cannot be run as it says TOA has not been activated, But on checking my sub page, The option to activate it has now gone! Can anyone tell me what is going on!?!

It takes around 30 minutes before the game database catches up with the billing database. If you wait a short while you should be able to log in using the catacombs client.
