Comments on BW news?

Just a quick question, when u visit the bw news site (www.barrysworld.com/news) and u go to post a comment.... are you automatically logged in?

Coz I get "You are not currently logged on, to post comments please Login"

Maybe I've messed up my cookies or something? Or maybe the feature simply doesnt exist.

Anyone know?

Cookies are not persisted between browser sessions for membership logons, sorry.

why not? Having to log in really puts me off posting comments. Any plans to introduce it?

why not use a one off membership logon to create a cookie that is only used on non membership pages, and stays persistent?
