Actually its more having an image of yourself or your property being taken and published without your permission, it is not regarded as "in the public interest" so i doubt the laws and regulations governing the press apply
However i don't see why they dont just grey the faces out![]()

Yeah i guess the press-laws don't apply. Also wouldn't on that basis, example, all music festival crowd shots be illegal too?
Blurring out people would work, but that would take hell of a lot of manhours to go through them all.
festival press shots are public domain the same as a news crew say filming down your street for a story. Also consider the implications of literally 1000's of liscence plates with car makes and colours being available to would-be counterfitters![]()

Meant non-press photos.
Like, you take a picture of your friend at a festival and get slapped by a "privacy infringement lawsuit" by some dude pissing in the background when you post it on a forum.
they are well within their right if they find the photo on a forum and you refuse to take it down![]()
Ah, but then i believe the correct way for this would be to go ahead and picture every area as planned and then, IF, someone complains, blur their face![]()
pretty much![]()
Great, might actually happen then.
Oh and...umm...you suck and you know nothing!
We have a reputation to uphold here, this went too easily![]()
i will set a ninja monkey on you from the special anti-seel unit
Dammit just let a tidbit from my world domination plans out, you and your mind tricks!
In public places i think they only need permission from you if you are under 16. I think thats how it works on Road Wars anyway![]()
No, You'll be ok. I don't think the software can zoom in that far
