Hey I've diced to start over exc / pryd, now asking advice I havent found yet.

What is a good realm to start ? Wich one needs support

Also how is the population at peaktimes, I will be starting from scratch so is there anyone to play with in bg's or are all top notch rr 10 players that are left ?
