If your newly-mailed password doesn't work, what can you do?

I've not had mine yet [FFS!] but I'm wondering what do people do when they've been sent their password/s and they don't work?
GOA refuse to accept emails, and RightNever...well, we all know how much use that is...so what avenues are open to people in that situation? Sub pages are down, there's no way of contacting GOA at all...we're stuffed, when it comes down to it.

What do you do? Your only choice is to wait, for them to get everything back up as it was! The sub pages, and all the others. Then you can start petitioning them.
