That is really simple, IainC gave out the official reason why GAME cannot supply the collector's edition in this post: FreddysHouse - View Single Post - EU Pre-order mess up??

It has never been anything about price which is what your message implied.

Trust me, my views are not clouded, I too had my pre-order of the CE cancelled from GAME so have to look elsewhere for the CE of Warhammer.
