Help coffee makes me tired

usually when i get up i knock back a VERY strong coffee (pour it in out the jar till ive got a nice thick layer).
not only does it help me shit in the morning but it used to give me a mega buzz. but latley it makes me feel tired. am i drinking too much?

Warm drinks make you sleepy, gets the blood flowing etc. Technical.
Caffeine makes you wake up and go "weeeeee" for a while.

If you've grown accustomed to caffeine, you don't get the buzz as the buzz is constant, but you still get the warm liquid feel.

So, no buzz, tired.

Kick the habit for a few days. Will feel even mroe tired for a while, but the caffeine starts working again.

Use energy drinks(high in guarana and taurine) as a replacement while you immunize for caffeine again. Helps with the mopoo too.

Yeah but it's different chemical reaction really.

I use energy drinks / coffee combo, one on and one off, and it works wonders.

tris- Red Bull is crap anyway, least effective/tasty energy drink around.

You may not feel like you get it, but getting tired is a result.

And as said, when you gather a caffeine resistance, you only get tired and not the buzz that keeps the feeling of tired away.

So yes, you get the warm snugglywuggly feeling, just you only notice it now.

Carefull about dropping coffee "caffeine" mate, it will "can" give you some mean headaches if your body has come a customed to it.

oh and btw I during winter periods drink "cold coffee" in the mornings to avoid the "tired effect" and "warm during the summers"

No its not odd at all.

You said that coffee dehydrates the body. The water doesn't just disappear, it has to leave the body some how. So it either has to make you sweat more or pee more or it makes you vomit or have horrible diarrhea.
