Help Coast to Coast - Charity Ride

Having been riddled with Colitis the last time I undertook this, I've decided to give it another go to see if I can enjoy the whole experience as opposed to hating what I went through last time, despite raising a decent amount for Macmillan.

There's a few of us taking part, and if anyone fancies making a donation to Cancer Research that would be appreciated!

If an Admni could sticky this for a little while for me that would also be appreciated. Not sure on the Pre-fix either but hey. Help sounds needy

My mate tracked it on Strava, I'll see if I can get the info.

Whitehaven to Penrith (we took a wrong turn which added about 7 miles but it wasn't to bad 68 miles in total on day one)

Penrith to Allenheads (short day of about 36 miles, mostly up though)

Allenheads to Tynemouth (couple of climbs early on, but we destroyed the miles after that and finished early)

Saw a nasty accident on day one, a rider ripped his nose of and smashed his jaw and a shoulder. Bloody everywhere on the road, it looked like he'd been attacked with an axe
