The only way you get rp is to take keeps, there is no Player vs Player as far as I know.

The server will die away, but a small community will be left. you can look at the PvP servers :I

PvP and Co-Op are vastly different. Look at Gaheris - it has a thriving community, while every PvP server - US and Euro. alike - is deserted.

Give me a group with Hound, Nico, Papa Cho, Willowywicca-ca-ca, Teh Jup, Big G and a full supporting cast of bindstones and npc healers. And of course, Junior.

Hell, I'd like to group with pretty much everyone that posts here and hunt across all 3 realms.

No realm would be safe from bad puns, tortuous humour and awful roleplaying.

It would be like Monty Python on bad acid. Ok, worse acid.

Give co-op server. Note spelling.

(Imagine doing a hunt in the style of Jup. Group arrives at camp spot and sits down while we all AFK for a couple of beers, then when back, wait patiently for the mob to sit down and AFK. We then circle it to see if its a trap and finally all run up behind it... to LD just before we kill it)

I personally would pay extra subs for this

Yes, I read that part just now. Must stop skimreading. I was meaning that it sounded like a good idea - not that it was how the server works.

I don't think it'll die as much as the PvP servers - Part of the reason the PvP servers die in my opinion is because of overpowered guilds running about smacking anything that moves, makes for a very player unfriendly atmosphere. Besides, by nature the co-op servers would attract a nicer type of player - all the gits would be left on the normal servers. yay.

if u wonder about rules look in ur shrouded isles folder (not sure if it is in the "classic" one but there is a coop-rules.txt in there

Nor sure if it was posted before... cba to read 50 post with "gifv COOP"

BTW COOP is a supermarket chain here in sweden....

Only reason i still go on PvP (very rarely) is to play on the 3rd realm, try stuff out, etc, would luv a Co-Op, not just for the 3rd realm thing, jut to group with every other char class, who can think of the best grps now eh? if u got the choice of 8 out of the......... ok i cba to count how many chars there is

I would also lika a co-op server ... but It would be even better if one could RvR in one way or another (more then 1vs1 duel) ... group duels, guild wars (where both parts have to agree on war) or even alliance wars (where both parts have to agree on war) and the keeps could be claimed as usually by guilds.

If both parts have to agree you dont get the same thing as the PvP server and you still get all the benefits from a Co-Op server ... this server would be my dream server !
