I was surprised about the amount of heavy weaponry the Americans were fighting it with mere minutes into the attack, maybe they did know something beforehand? :ninja:

Wasn't after an explanation as to why it started destroying shit, what I meant was how come nobody in probably the edgiest and most nervous city in America noticed it until it actually got into the city.

Surely they have sonar/radars looking out for anything as big if not bigger then a submarine approaching the country from sea?

You're just thinking too much mate.. You should go back to playing daoc!

That will never happen sadly, I rarely bother to play mmorpg's at all now i'm that busy irl, let alone come back to daoc. Short of them releasing an absolutely dream of a patch to right all past wrongs it will never happen.

I feckin loved this film, thought it was really well done and nicely atmospheric. Managed to do what the Blair Witch Project tried at failed to do. film progression felt very natural and the camera work was mint. go see it \o>

saw it this evening and when 5 last minutes hit sound dissapeared - cinema apparently had a soundsystem breaking so we got a free ticket and me and my mate went to my place to watch the last 5 mins \o/

i liked it though the ending was abit cheap if you ask me

I liked it alot, i thought the filming worked well altho alittle distracting at times. I really liked the ending when it went all silent... everyone in the theather just sat there quiet looking at the credits.

This is one of those movies that you will either love or hate, but sadly the replay value is pretty damn low even if you liked it... imo.

What a dissapointment tbh...

....in the end-title at the end... you hear some noice.. some nerds recorded it and played it the other way... it saying "it's still alive"
