Actually, play your cards right and you can get original branded stuff for very cheap on Ebay.

I personally only buy brand new and for example, when I purchased four pairs of Lacoste socks for £4.99 (£60 rrp for all 4) they came in the respective lacoste packaging (the noisy paper with the crocadile logo on).

If you buy some any random and don't invesitgate properly, then yes, you will get fakes.

If you can fake the cloths you can fake the packaging

People won't fake packaging much at all.

Besides you can tell the difference from fake packaging and real packaging down to the sheer quality and presentation. If you can't, your stupid.

but how do you know that the package is the original? it can be as easily faked as the socks, tho im no pro faker. most fakes are not quite as good quality as the originals, but they're good enough if you ask me. buying fakes coz of the brand is a bit stupid imo tho.

Well you'd be suprised how many people have commented on them when getting changed for games or what-have-you.

ah yes. how would any of us continue living unless a couple of school kids said how cool our socks where in a PE class.

lol jesus, some people. there is no fucking way id pay what ever the hell it was for one pair of socks, just so some silly twats at secondary school could say "OMG YOUR SOX, THEY ROX, MY BOX(ORS)"

if socks cost more than 4 quid for 6 pairs im not sure why anyone would buy them.

oh wait, thats it, ITS THE NOISY PAPER FOLKS!

"dude your socks rock, wanna be my boyfriend? oooo yea, rustle that noisy paper, bitch!"

The art of reading a whole reply is lost on you lol xD

By the way, generally quality increases with price. Maybe your too busy trying to make funny's to realise that?

I rather have 10 pairs of cheap socks than a pair of expensive socks :/ It's just socks ffs. They won't make you run faster.

i didnt know reading a full post was an art in its self. but i did infact read it all.

and if we calculate the time i use in one day to make funnys, its comes to around 1% of my time. leaving the other 99% to realise that yes, quality increases with price.

but when it comes to a pair of socks, who gives a shit if it has some crappy little crocodile on it, or if it has nothing on it?

i dont know about primark socks, i never buy them. but i can tell you i bought a set of tesco socks and they lasted a good few months. and for a few quid i couldnt care if they only lasted a week.

Yes but you quoted my post and made it look like I was some fashion conscious fuck who gives a damn if crocadiles are on my shoes. If you had read my posts, it was merely a comeback to a question of 'who cares what socks you have' and was meant in a joking manner.

The crocadiles are very big by the way.

Oh and these socks have lasted me roughly 3-4 months so far. I have a pack of Primark England Ones and the quality is terrible. With these more expensive socks I can feel entirely comfortable and the material keeps my feet warm.

Never ever did I say and imply that I cared about what design they had or anything of the sort.

All your reply did back then was try to make an asshole out of me or try to mock me in some unfunny way =/

its fine bugz, i once tried to justify a shopping of rediculous amounts of money which i could have saved by buying discount for a lot smaller price, but we're not THAT stupid, we're not gonna help you justify it. its stupid.

Clothes is something important for me, I'm really into buying clothes. I probably have more clothes then a woman ( thats what my mother said )! :D
But I never buy clothes on eBay. I rarely buy clothes on the internet in generally but if I do buy on the internet then it its on the brands name website. The reason that I don't buy a lot of clothes on the internet is that I want to make sure that they "fit" me right and I rather look in the mirror first with the clothes on to see how it looks before buying. What I wear really depends on the day or to what event i'm going tbh.
Anyway I can name like 10+ brands that I have but the ones were I have the most clothes of are Armani , Hugo B , Replay , D&G , G-star and Ralph Lauren sponsored by mymom.com

I buy Levi's jeans and my new schoos are Hugo Boss....well, nothing to do with the brand tbh, they just looked good. Also I'm pretty thin, so it's easier for me to get a good pair of Levi's trousers, as they always fit me, which is the important thing after all =)

I also agree that higher priced clothes sometimes have a better quality, especially when it comes to trousers/shoes, but I'm not that sure about shirts and sweaters and stuff like that =)

Anyways, my shirts are all bandshirts, so don't care, I think "Fruit of the Loom" has like a monopol on producing these bandshirts :p

I don't use the net to buy stuff, i actually like to interact with people.

It's been over a year since i bought anything other then a euro sock pack or undies for maybe 2 euros. And even then i think i managed to spend 30 euro for a full wardrobe.

I like to use money for stuff that matters...like rent, food and medicine.

Then again some might be a bit young to care for those :p

EDIT: Oh and i make funnies and be informative at the same time 'cause i roxor my cheap-a** boxors!

cheap ass boxors are the roxors. i had some for around a year before anything went fucked with them. i still got some now in perfect working order.

for 4 quid im not gonna complain for 6 pairs or what ever it was. sure it doesnt have a fancy crocodile or some other stupid shit embroided on them, but they do the job and last the time.

You cant go wrong with these, but dont buy from crappy shops like JD, JJB or Scotts or off ebay. Only buy them from their respective boutiques in big cities.

Or for henri lloyd

http://www.henrilloyd.com/

Chavs will only buy from Scotts, JD etc, so if you order from the website or buy from the boutiques you wont look like a chav

Do not, buy off ebay. Its all fake, every single bit of it, unless its used.

Unless of course you dont mind wearing fake stuff

This might sound a bit rude, but judging anyone by their wear 'n tear, is just a step away from calling someone foureyes for having glasses.

Not to start yet another flamewar since people take it SOOO super personal, but it's just silly.

The rl-peen factor goes away when I announce I bought them from Ebay.

In my school, if your dumb enough to buy them full priced, your cool. If your clever enough to buy them at a cheaper price, your a tramp. :p

Your school sucks. People judge you on what socks you wear?

i remember me + some friends stayed at one of my mates dads houses near Lakeside (Vlad will know it tbh) and the rage on guys was Disney socks.. i mean like.. pink.. mickey mouse socks. it was so lol.

I used to not get so much about what clothes i weared, but then i was 16 stone or so. Now i am 12stone 8 and rather attractive i now wear designer clothes originating from fenwicks.

Typically they would include Pepe London Jeans of varying types and then possibly a ted baker tshirt which would be either complimented by a diesil jerkin or a cream coloured jacket.

If i dont wear ted baker style thsirts i usually wear Shirts of either Diesil,Pepe or Firestrike, with the top 3 or 4 buttons undone so that i can reveal manly chest hair.

Typically i wear about 150 quids worth of clothes a day.
