just tell me why you'd consider the good old projecting of a background image onto an object to make look like its transparent something new, ppl been doing this stuff for ages and even if this is a new spawn I can't find anything on the page that makes it look like a huge achievement

And the Army is doing this stuff theirselves, but as long as it only works from one point of view with external projectors it won't do any good coz the enemy usually doesn't follow the "Please stand here so our invisibility trick works" signs ...

Fibre optics or something to that effect is how they get around the viewing angles..or so I think I read once.
