It's true, don't spend on things you don't like, but...."First, for money, then, for acclaim." is a bad bad way for a developer to look at things.

It's the developers job to give the best possible solution to moneygrabs, not enforce, or even support it.

I don't mind the whole micro transaction idea and it's use in games I've seen it in so far but to me the whole idea has a couple of issues that could muddy the micro transaction idea badly, the first is when something appears in micro transactions that should of really been in the base game and the second is items that gives a big advantage over those that don't buy it.
