Client Crash

When im logging of from Excal/camlann everything is fine.
But when logging off from Avalon my client crashes.
Same for all my guildies who is using Catacombs client aswell.
Any GM got a response to this ?

At a guess I'd say you're using an English language client on a German server. Try patching to German and see if you get the same crash.

Copy your Catacombs folder to a different location. Rename the new copy of Catacombs to 'German Catacombs' or something similar. Delete the 'language' folder in that copy. Open the 'update.dat' file using notepad and change the word 'english' to 'german' in both lines. Then save the file and connect using the camelot.exe in that copy. You'll download a small patch and then you have a German client.

You shouldn't play with a client that is a different language to the server you are on, it causes all sorts of problems in many different areas.

If that doesn't help then you'll need to RightNow it. I don't do support by forum, I can only offer general advice on here, not respond to specific problems.

thank u for the response Req, it doesnt work tho. But ive "Rightnow`ed" it now.
