i d/l fallout 2 from there, cant say i liked it at all. i think its too indepth for my current tastes as im not a big fan of gaming anymore. i like something i can jump in, do something crazy in 10 minutes and turn it off.

Really good idea and very brave to not have DRM on them too but very noble too

Will be buying one or two classics from there myself, though at the moment I don't really have time for it, really want to play warhammer but it has taken me two weeks to get to level 6

I've got the Mcrae demo on my lappy and I'm pretty good at driving games , but the game physics are just freakin unusable, I spent the first twenty minutes going around in circles. It is practicall impossible to stay on the road for more than a 100 metres regardless of how carefully you drive.

I would equate it to driving a Bugatte Veryon on an ice rink with bald tyres and with a throttle that only has off or full.

While I won't try to disuade anyone from buying Freespace 2 (as its one of my fav games ever) just keep in mind it's available for free with improved textures and D3D lighting thanks to a fan project

It wasn't win95, it was a DOS game. It did run under win95, but that's another story

And yes, that game was awesome.

They are adding 2 titles a week so you never know, personally i was looking for populous the beginning , but ow well
