I suggest you play on a few servers and try and pick people you want in your clan and invite them, it may be hard work and take a while but it's pretty much the only option you have.

(teamsound, gamevoice and RW don't have linux servers... or don't seem to so I was kinda forced into teamspeak... unless there's others out there)

Any documentation around for it? the readme's a bit on the brief side.

The Teamspeak forums have all the info you need to get the server running, the client...what are you doing reading the readme anyway?

was lookin for a big beefy html/pdf manual for the server but oh well, forums'll do

not sure there's much to configure on it (once I found the admin webserver it began to make sense - had to install the windows version to work out where it was though)
