just to let peeps know the requirements for joining {KEA}

age - preferably 16+ (chats in irc can be rather explicit - TREMOR!! )
connection - whatever you like - ive been playing on 56k for years - cant see it as a problem myself (admittedly im going on adsl at last )
skills - again i point at tremor with this one
time online - all we ask is you spend a couple of hours online a week playing for us
communication - irc and/or icq

we are planning on entering a league or two when i feel we are ready for it

oh and one last thing - the most important rule of all
