cubans are overrated.. Were only made into something big because they were illegal to import into the US and A

Myself I only smoke cigars on new years eve and always go for the Davidoff because it's a winrar evertime

38 cuban cigars :) - FreddysHouse galleries

^ my collection, all cubans. Bout 25 left now. Make sure they are not dry before you smoke them. Did they come in a box or wrapped or in a tube? Do you know which one's they are?

I <3 cigars :)

They came in a fancy wooden box. Theyre noit flakey yet so would appear moist. Ive wrapped mine in cling film. Theyre fucking huge mind, probably about 7" long! Cohiba esplendido, is that the model?

I have tried a lot of cigars from across Europe, Ecuador etc, none of them match the cuba one's to be honest. It's not just hype, they simply have the best tobacco and the best makers.

Whisk(e)y drinker/smoker here so, kinda have to love 'em :D

Thanks for reminding me. Ive got 4 bottles of single malt sat here, I could take one of those with me.

Which one would you say is most suitable

Glenfiddich special reserve 12yo
Glenfiddic 12yo
Auchentoshan 12yo
Laphroaig quarter cask

Suitable would be to knock you on the ehad and take those away from you :(

If i had to choose, i'd go for the Glen 12yo, good enough, but saves the "special reserve" for even better occasions.

Kind of a "regular special" drink for that :D

I'd go with the quarter cask if they are nice cigars. Like I said, which cigar is it? Some go better with brandy or red wine.

Toht: Nothing better than a good drink and a good cigar.

Cokenose: The problem with buying cigars from cuba is that unless you know what you are looking for you get sold cheap imitation stuff that smokes badly.

Good cigar. Cohbi'as are generally very smooth and easy to smoke. Will go well with any of those whiskeys tbh.

Is it wrapped, boxed or tubed? Once it is exposed to air it will start to dry out, so smoke it soon :)

The yellow box in my picture is a box of 3 cohiba esplindidos. Got one left now, may smoke it tonight now, got the urge.

You can get mini-cohibas from waitrose. A box of 5 for £5, they taste lovely :)

Does anyone else think that 99%+ of people who smoke cigars look like fucking lame idiots? :p

I couldn't understand why people are so aggressive over other's smoking what is clearly a pleasurable experience for those that enjoy it. I used to smoke them prolifically. I tried many different brands. Cuban ones aren't my favourite. Now I just smoke them when I can afford them.

Ez, I have 5 monte-cristo A cabinets reserved for special occasions. Not smoked one yet. They retail over here for around £45 each -they come individually boxed, and are about a foot long. Treat yourself to one, gwan, you know you want to.

I had cohibas this year, didn't impress me much, outside the fact that I almost threw my lungs out.

Pfft, London prices, haggle on that Ch3tster. RRP is £38.70 for a Montecristo 'A' Single SLB ;)
