Chronic Back pain...

well i got told today that unless i sort out my posture ill have chronic back pain all my life and problems with walking and stuff.... (im about 2 metres tall and walk with a hunch )

soooooooooooooooooooooooooo give me your advice sensible or otherwise to keep me amused while i try and improve my posture!

well im seeing a physio once the great grinding gears of the NHS get round to sorting it out so thought id see what people could come up with!

prizes for the most ridiculous include a post with a "lol" in it (and maybe some love)

Go to the gym, find someone to give you advice on whic machines is good for strengthening back!

Do you have a job in an office? If you do, your employer may be responsible for making sure you have the correct equipment to not damage your posture. They may well be somebody there who can at least sort you out with a better chair.
