I hate it. 2 freaking hours now. Stupid second OFFICE PC.

Heh not long ago I did a chkdsk on one of my 2TB disks. Needles to say it took hours. I corrupted data on my windows partition via overclocking a little too far.

I'm trying to figure out this work PC. I've come in and all of a sudden there's like 100mb of space left on the HDD. Ran chkdsk that's upped it to 1gb and cleared out a rake of crap but I'm guessing somebody has run some shit on it that shouldn't have been run!

I've come accross 2 computer lately that refused to boot after beeing stuffed so full that there wasnt even 1mb left. Both hade Windows XP, fixboot, fixmbr, savemode, copy-paste startup files, nothing worked

There is no software problem so bad that FDISK can't fix it.

Figured it out in the end.

PDFCreator obviously crapped out on a job previously and kept running in the background regardless. 9.2gb temporary file.

On the plus side WinDirStat - Windows Directory Statistics very useful.
