Just to keep this flowing what about this situation.

You knock a girl up and are committed to being a farther. You see the mother spend the first two months taking hard drugs drinking and smoking basically doing everything they say will fuck a child up. Do you think there should be a case for abortion there as she is plainly not a fit mother? Other two options force her into rehab till the baby is born or risk a drug addict baby with serious health problems.

Any pregnant woman who smokes or drinks while pregnant in contemporary society is not fit to be a mother and should either have an abortion or have their child taken away from them at birth.

Not really, but it does mean that if the man says "no" that it's her choice to go through with it, and her responsibility to care for that baby if she goes through with it, and don't go whining and holding up hands demanding half the shit you own....

Thing is, these days you can't(as the father) say f*ck all.

You could get child services on it, but it's hard to prove(for example) drinking.

With a disabled kid, the judge will most likely slap you with a bigger support bill.

If women WANT to f*ck you up, they can.

The hypocrisy here is;

You can't force a woman to have an abortion, but you can force a man to be a father.
