seems a lot of us chelsea fans are to happy about it either, i would personally like to keep birch as our ceo as he has done a good job so far.

well I'm not sure but isn't he going to be chief exec of chelsea villiage (chelsea parent company) rather than the club itself ??

trevor birch who was our ceo has been offered the chelsea village job but has rightly refused and is seeking compensation i believe.

He is instrumental in making Man Utd in what they are today. A huge man there, helped sign the better purchases and has supported them a long way along the line.
Along comes a rich man, and buys his loyalty - for which he's only too happy to sell himself.
